Cardi B has joined forces with Fashion Nova, establishing a philanthropic initiative focused on helping people impacted by the Covid-19 outbreak.
Cardi B revealed she planned to donate $1 million in an endorsement partnership with Fashion Nova to help those impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
The 27-year-old rapper and the fast fashion company will be handing out $1,000 per hour to people who share their stories of having trouble making ends meet because of the virus.
She made the announcement in a makeup-free Instagram video posted on Wednesday.

Cardi still had a towel wrapped around her hair and was dressed in a peach blouse covered in watercolor-style floral designs with Cuban links gleaming on her throat.
Cardi revealed up front that she and Fashion Nova would be handing out $1K everyone hour for just under 42 days, for a total of $1 million.
In order to apply for the money, people had to go to Fashion Nova's website to submit a short comment about how the virus had impacted them financially.
Fashion Nova Founder and CEO Richard Saghian said the money would likely go to absolute essentials for people hurting during the crisis.
"People are struggling to pay rent, buy food, medicine and other essentials for themselves and their families. We all feel compassion and concern for those affected by the Coronavirus," he said.
