Thousands of Adam Drivers Overtake Mockumentary Super Bowl Squarespace Ad
Once again, Adam Driver has ruined the internet.
Adam Driver recently appeared as a centaur for a Burberry fragrance advertisement. Ahead of the Super Bowl, he is now showcasing his chameleon-like acting skills in a new Squarespace commercial. In a behind-the-scenes video, the "White Noise" actor explains why he only collaborates with top-tier talent like himself when hundreds of Drivers descended upon a production site.
“Honestly, I thought it was going to be really great because I don’t like any other actors,” a moody alter-ego of Driver says. “So the idea that I can just act with myself for the first time, I can control the pace of the set.”
He adds, “It was kind of hard to go within myself to find all these people. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do in my whole life.”
While rehearsing for the commercial, one version of Adam Driver shouts, "Websites make websites!" while another explains why Driver secretly enjoys "painting and nut farming" when off-set. A sour tone Adam Driver parodies snobbish actor practises prior to filming by going meta-Method.
“I couldn’t be happier to do this commercial with Squarespace and for the Super Bowl,” Driver told Rolling Stone. “The cast ALONE was reason to do this.”
